2023 was a great year for me all round, but when it came to cars, it was absolutely amazing! I remember the year started off on a bad note, with Ken Block passing away barely 2 days into the new year and I was heartbroken. I wondered what else could go wrong, but asides Dodge announcing the end of the Challenger lineup, everything else went absolutely right. Rest in Power Champ (Kenneth Block) I moved to the clinic wing in Ogbomosho this year and to my utmost surprise, there were some crazy cars in that village. DreamWorks - Turbo DreamWorks knew exactly what they were doing, naming the cartoon in the image above "Turbo", because apparently turbos look like snail shells. Since the inception of this blog, our catch phrase has been, "always remember to Turbo that engine!". Today, we are finally going to discuss what it means to slap a turbo onto an engine. Let us break things down. Forced induction on the other hand, is a term most car people are familiar with, but for the non-car people, forced induction is where turbocharging or supercharging is used to increase the density of the intake air. No matter how beautiful or classy a vehicle is, it will remain immovable without a powerhouse and this powerhouse is what we refer to as the engine of a vehicle. A friend of mine brought it to my attention, that at the end of every episode for the past year, I would tell my wonderful readers to "always remember to Turbo that engine", when in the real sense of things, I have never once written about what a turbo nor an engine is.
